FITBOXE
Fitboxe is a class that combines the technical aspects of boxing and the physical conditioning that is needed for the sport. The coach teaches the basic functions of boxing such as how to properly strike. This class is suitable for individuals who are looking a full body workout while learning the basics of boxing.
MMA
Mixed martial arts combines different combat sports such as, boxing, wrestling, jujitsu, etc. MMA trainings will help the individual improve their striking, kicking and grappling techniques. This class is adapted beginners and experienced individuals.
CROSS TRAINING
Cross Training is a strengthening based class. Individuals will learn how to properly lift weights and increase their overall strength and muscular endurance. The session is for individuals looking to improve their strength training and cardio over a period of time.
KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a martial art that combines boxing and kicking with bare feet. The class combines technical aspects of kickboxing and the physical conditioning that is needed for the sport. The coach teaches the basic functions of kicking and striking properly. This class is suitable for individuals who want to learn kick boxing while getting a full body workout.
45 MIN. HIIT
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a class based on high conditioning and cardio with very little breaks. This training is made to give full energy through intense bursts of exercise while raising your heart rate, and short recovery periods to bring your heart rate down. This class is suitable for individuals that are looking to fit in a quick sweat session in their day.

You will have complete access to our gym and all our equipment for your solo workouts.
COMPETITION BOXING
Competition Boxing is a class for individuals who are seeking to improve their boxing techniques. It is specifically meant to work on technical aspects such as stance, striking and moving around.
BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp is a general full body workout. This class includes a mix of intense aerobics, cardio and weight training. This type of training is based on intense bursts of exercise followed by light activity. The class is suitable for individuals who are looking to build strength and to improve their cardio while working every muscle in their body.
